The location was absolutely stunning and provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that I had a memorable experience during my stay. The service was top-notch, with housekeeping keeping the rooms impeccably clean and providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered a range of facilities such as a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on a hot day, and a delightful garden area where I could relax and take in the stunning surroundings. the level of comfort and quality of service at this hotel was truly exceptional.

I had a fantastic stay at a resort in Shkoder with a fantastic pool and clean rooms. The food was perfect and the service from the staff was exceptional. I was treated like royalty and the kids absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had great facilities and the staff were friendly. The pool was amazing with a bar and plenty of chairs and towels. My room was clean, modern and had a lovely view of the mountains in all directions. There was also ample parking available. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

I spent my New Year at this hotel with my partner, and I have to say that the pool was a real highlight. It was enormous and had plenty of space for everyone. the greenery around the area made for a pleasant view, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Despite the crowds, the parking was convenient and easy.

The location of this resort is breathtaking, surrounded by high peaks and stunning scenery from every angle. Rooms are clean, modern, and spacious, exceeding our expectations, plus a well-equipped bathroom and excellent customer service. Breakfast is one of the highlights, with plenty of choices, fresh and healthy options, and good quality beverages. the pool is beyond amazing, huge, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying hot summer days. an exceptional experience without breaking the bank.

The resort's noise level from the public or surrounding areas is quite disturbing, making it challenging to sleep at night.

Spent Easter at this hotel, weather was great, and the pool was fantastic. Its surroundings were peaceful, and the breakfast options were many. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms had great views of the green area.

The hotel was further from the city than expected, so travel by car is necessary. The décor in the rooms was outdated and not well-maintained, which made us feel uncomfortable.
